A trial by declaration is a waste. Don’t bother just get an attorney and deal with this once.

The National Guard can still view and ask about this even with an expungement. I am not sure about the National Guard but the USAF would not take...

No you cannot really go before that date and if you plead guilty to this you will lose your license for a year. Hire an attorney.
