My work in this area has involved the representation of contractors and owners in construction disputes. This ranges from simple breach of contract claims to more complex claims for impact, delay and differing site conditions. I also assist contractors with contract preparation and review with the aim of helping them to avoid potential problems.

I assist business owners with establishing the correct entity structure; the preparation and review of operating agreements; the preparation and implementation of risk management strategies; the preparation of employee and third party contracts. I also represent clients in business litigation matters.

Most of my work in this area has been devoted to representation of the insured where the insurance company has breached its obligation of good faith and fair dealing. I also assist with coverage analysis and negotiations with carriers.

My work in this area has mostly involved issues of misrepresentation by the seller in real estate transactions and broker negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. I have also handled cases involving slander of title, mechanic's liens and boundary disputes.
