Robert Alan Beattey

I hired Mr. Beattey to reperesent me for a case I brough against a business partner. Mr. Beattey failed to submit court documents on time. This has caused opposing councel to ask for a delay of 7 months. It has taken a year to get this case to be heard. My LLC attorney would call and ask why dead...lines were not being met. I would in turn question Mr. Beattey. I question Mr. Beattey on numerous occasions with poor results. Mr. Beattey spent hours talking to the business franchise attorney and when I questioned him about specifics of his conversations all he would say is they will help. Evedently my numerous qustions and requests for information caused Mr. Beattey to call me and tell me I was not a good fit for him. That he would no longer represent me. He offerd to find me another attorney. I declined. Based on my experience with Mr. Beattey I would not reccomend him.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing Robert's services for several different business issues and have been extremely satisfied with his level of courtesy and professionalism. He is not afraid to tell it like it is, but does so without offending. He really cares about his clients, and it shows through...out the process as he personally follows up and always makes sure there are no questions or concerns at the end of the conversation, something that seems to be lost with so many others in the Legal profession! In summary, It's really nice to be able to relax and deal with other issues knowing Robert is taking care of the Legal ones.
