I retained Robert Atkinson after speaking to several attorneys. He handled a chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization ( personal) for me . It was quite complex with multiple businesses, real estate and other complex matters. HE did a briliant job, in fact so good, I personally saw a couple emails from... creditors attorney's congratulating him for his excellence is moving swiftly and smoothly through the bankruptcy process. I was in and out in 8 months, pretty much unheard of. He personally worked with me every step of the way. Robert is VERY smart, super organized, and a clear headed no drama type attorney. I found him to be highly ethical, and his fee was more than fair. He is NOT for everyone, but he does like challenges cases, and has a boutique type of practice. He is not a volume guy. He is the real deal, and in my view, having been in business for over 25 years and using several attorneys, the best I have ever come across. If he takes your case, consider yourself very lucky.
