Do not hire this attorney for anything
He filed a law suit on our behalf without our knowledge, then he actively solicited his services promising things he could not accomplish. He did all of this for his own benefit, which he could not achieve as well. Highly unprofessional, and ignorant, he lost our law suit due to misfiling paperwork (...

Replied last November 27, 2020I am sorry you had a bad experience. This not not normal response from clients of our firm. Our office was retained in writing and prevailed as you received payment in full for the past due amount for an ongoing oral contract. We also obtained a signed agreement to honor the oral agreement on future transactions. This was a difficult and complicated case as the oral agreement was for real property. We withdrew as attorneys in the case for failure to comply with the terms of the retainer agreement when the defendant made the past owed payment directly to you. After we withdrew, we still advised you that the defendant would try to file pleadings to undo the agreement and sent you a draft outline response for you to complete and file. Unfortunately, you did not respond to the defendant's motions filed after we withdrew causing substantial harm to the case.
