Can you voluntarily dismiss your ch13 case yourself by going to the trustee or does your attorney have to do it.

Attorney Berkus states It exactly with one comment though. If in fact you have a new POst Petition Ch 13 debt which you just cannot handle later...

First, there is the law: what type of plan? paying back 100% of all debts? If so buy anything you want as long as you don't exceed the debt limits...
