The trustee steps Into YOUR SHOES..So he can only sell your portion. You need to speak to an attorney to make sure you maximized your exemptions....

Sorry but NO. He should NOT transfer any of that to you as the trustee can then sue you if that happened in the prior 4 to 5 years before he files...

Of course they can: you are NOT paying the mortgage. Read your contract. But will they>? WIth that much equity very likely. Why would you be paying...
