Abusing the law, should be reported to the bar.
This is a vexatious attorney who is using petty and ungrounded law suits to corner people into paying him for something they didn't do instead of having the face the inconvenience, cost, burden and time loss of going to court to show the judge they're in the right. It is shocking he's legally allowed...
