Richard Jason Foster

Mr. Foster founded the firm based on his desire to provide clients with the best quality representation in a personalized atmosphere at a more cost effective level than most of his colleagues. He has over 8 years of experience representing men, women, and children related to family law and criminal law matters such as divorce, child custody, misdemeanors and felony offenses. Mr. Foster is genuinly compassionate about his client's difficulties, yet he can be relentless when in pursuit of a client's goals.

Mr. Foster became a member of the Texas State Bar in 2007 and has maintained his membership since that time. Representing clients in litigation before the trial court is an important part of his practice.

Having trial experience as well as appellate experience enables Mr. Foster to see the trial court battle in a broader view and to clean up the mess on appeal with added perspective.
