Ballesteros Law recently handled a personal injury case on my behalf resulting from a car accident almost one year ago. Richard took a look at our case and knew what we were dealing with. It took him a couple of days to come up with a plan, and shortly thereafter filed a motion for immediate dismissal. It took Richard a couple of weeks to handle, start to finish, what the two other Firms couldn’t do in almost a year. We ended up not owning a single dime, other than Lawyer fees. The judge threw out the case and we are extremely grateful for what Richard has done for our family.
