Lack of Communication

Ricardo Perez has a BIG issue with communicating with his clients. I currently have him know and I literally have to track him down and he is supposedly representing me. I have tried emails, texts and I leave voicemail messages. He gets back to you when he feels like it. Sometimes months. I WOUL...D NOT recommend him to anyone... Cara

Not recommended

Lacking communication. Got insurance check and saw the date...he settled weeks before I Approved. More business oriented rathwr then a personal connection. Had to check in to learn the status of my case or months passed before communication. Did not challenge the insurance or considered fighting for ...medical expenses though they were over 100k.
