Rian Nycole Ervin

I was appointed this attorney by my Insurance company to represent me in a case. I had an auto accident over a year ago in which the other party decided to sue. I received an email on a Thursday stating that I would need to be present at trial the following week. It had no date or time included in t...he email (which was the first time I had received contact from the her). I called the office listed on Monday morning several times before reaching Rian. When I finally got her she proceeds to tell me we had court the next day. I arrange my schedule to be there. When we get to court I find out that there is not going to be a trial. I learn that the case had already been settled by default because Ms. Ervin had somehow missed the original court appearance that was a month earlier. She claims that the post office lost the notification that was sent to her office. The judge says that he even called her cell phone the day of the trial to which she did not answer. Because of her negligence the judge refuses to reopen the case and awards the other party all that he was asking by default. I had 176 pictures that I had screen shotted from the “victims” Facebook page which clearly showed his accusations of being injured were false. The judge never saw any of this due to her “mishaps”. I never had a fighting chance with Ms. Ervin as my attorney.
