After hiring she called me on the wrong date asking me to go to court, I corrected her on my court date twice. On the day of court she knew nothing about my case and could not efficiently speak with solicitor to come up with a deal for me. She tried to learn the case, facts, and stories from me in th...e court and was ill prepared. She failed to speak truthfully of Truck Driver traffic laws she knew not of the industry as laws are related like she advertised. Worst, she literally told me to hurry up and take the offer because she had something else to do that morning. Needless to say I lost my license and faced career destruction that morning. After court I spoke with multiple attorneys who witnessed my plea and they spoke of various ways she could have maneuvered to lead to a better result. I as a client am entirely dissatisfied with my attorneys performance and hope people exercise caution.

Renesha confirmed that she received all the details about my traffic citation case and would take care of it. Two weeks after my court date I received a notice that NO ONE ATTENDED my court date. I called 8 Renesha's office 8 times over two days and sent an email and received no response. Finally, we... got a hold of her and she went to court two days later to do pretrial diversion- which I could have done on my own. She only accepted payment over the phone. After I told her I could only text at work, she proceeded to call me and my family members about 20 times within a five minute period to literally read her credit card numbers over the phone in a public place. Funny that she required an immediate response and expected me to feel gratitude after missing my court date and being unresponsive. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
