Biography
Attorney Rebecca Kendel graduated from NSU Law Center and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. She completed her undergraduate studies at Rutgers College, earning a B.A. degree in American Studies.
Attorney Kendel is also a veteran of the United States Army, having served in the 82d Airborne Division. She transitioned to law after receiving an honorable discharge from the armed forces.
In her 17 years of practice, Ms. Kendel has handled hundreds of cases in a variety of legal fields, in addition to traffic matters. Her experience spans property rights, real estate, family law, guardianships, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant and foreclosure law. She has handled hearings, mediations, depositions and other events throughout the state of Florida.
Ms. Kendel is also the author of Foreclosure Defense: A Practical Litigation Guide (2011) and Civil Rights Litigation: Representing Plaintiffs Today (2013), both published with the American Bar Association.

Ms. Kendel moved to dismiss my ticket when after reviewing it she determined that the officer did not write up the citation correctly! CASE DISMISSED!
