Do not use
Ray was hired to do a service and paid in full..It's been three months and he hasn't done his job. He won't return phone calls, e-mails, his secretary keeps giving me the run around for him. I am in the process of taking him to small claims court.

He's a crook
He took money for a service(partial payment) that never happened and would not return any emails, letters, or phone calls. I know will have to sue him in small claims court.
