Hi, I'd like to respond to the concerns you raised. The owner and partner of the firm is the only person with the power to issue refunds and charge you money. You retained the firm with the owner and partner of the firm, and paid $1500 for consultation of an employment law matter. This matter was then assigned to me to research and determine if you have a viable case. I did the research and then further consulted with an attorney with over thirty years experience in employment law outside the firm, without using any identifying information. Unfortunately, as both my research and consultation with that other attorney indicated, you had great liability but no damages, so I let you know your case will not be taken, which I explained to you over the phone. You became very angry in response, and after two warnings that I intend to finish the call if you continued to raise your voice at me, I ended the call. Regardless, I agreed and still agree with you that you should not have been charged $1500 for a consultation and I asked the partner and owner of the firm to refund you. In April 2025, you were asked to take down the reviews of me before being refunded. You refused to and also threatened to post another review, and then the owner and partner of the firm refunded you the next day.
