Randee Marie Rolfe

Ms. Rolfe is an associate attorney with Wilcoxen Callaham who has spent her career advocating for injured victims.

The emphasis of Ms. Rolfe’s practice is personal injury trial practice, where she exclusively represents injured victims in a variety of litigation types including construction accidents, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, general negligence and medical negligence.

Background & Education

Ms. Rolfe was born in Southern California, where she spent her childhood until relocating to the Sacramento area as a teenager. She graduated locally from high school before pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ms. Rolfe obtained her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with an emphasis in Ethics and Public Policy in 2001. She then returned to Sacramento to complete her law degree at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During her time at McGeorge, Ms. Rolfe was committed to academic excellence, graduated with high honors, and was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Society. She studied abroad with Justice Anthony M. Kennedy, and spent a term as a staff writer for The Transnational Lawyer.

Community Involvement

Ms. Rolfe also remains active in the local community, with an emphasis in giving a voice to abused and neglected children in the Sacramento area. Presently, she serves as the immediate past President of the Board of Directors for Sacramento Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), where she volunteers her time to provide resources for children in the foster care system through advocate volunteers
