Ramon Arellano Valdez

I was falsely accused of embezzling funds from an ex employer, and was charged in the case. The case began in April 2013 and I was originally appointed a lawyer who told me to take a plea deal, which would affect the rest of my life. Since I was innocent, I refused to accept the plea and asked for ...a different lawyer. Ramon Valdez was then appointed to my case and got right to work for me. The case extended over 2 years; finally concluding with the prosecution dismissing all charges in June 2015. There were many times I was frustrated with how long the case was taking to conclude, but he assured me every step of the way, and asked that I be patient; he had it handled! He is extremely knowledgeable and brought forth motions, and demands of the prosecution that made it very clear that they really didn’t have a case. He really fought for me and each time we went to court (which was 10 plus times) he was motivated, determined, aggressive, passionate, understanding, and compassionate; all the qualities you’d want in a lawyer. On top of being an excellent lawyer, he is a very good person. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants to see the best outcome for them. He gave me my life back; I highly recommend him!
