Does not release funds
Atty Escalante does not distribute funds held in escrow. Instead, ties up funds for months and months, with threats of lawsuits, and tries to intimidate clients and keep funds held in escrow. Only received partial funds, and hope to get the rest after 18 months.

BEWARE - only cares about obtaining his fee for services and diregards the client's interest!
Escalante represented me in a lawsuit and was ill equipped to advocate for my best interest. The lawyer was not familiar with my case and unable to negotiate for me. I should have fired him on the spot and pursued a highly experienced competent lawyer. The lawsuit placed such a strain on me that I...
