In 2016 i had gotten a DUI and had consulted with other lawyer about an amount of money i had contested. All lawyers i had spoken had told me that there was no case to contest the amount and then i came to Rachel Millers office and had explained what my situation was and told me that we could work so...mething out with the court and had also provided a suitable payment plan to pay a large sume restitution amount 0f 29,000 thousand.

I'm an out-of-state non-CA resident, and while on business in CA, I was arrested for a DUI. After my arrest, I was referred to Rachel by a business friend in CA, and after contacting her, she quickly accommodated a personal meeting with me to discuss my situation. I was very impressed by her time...liness, her straightforward NO-BS candor, and her reasonable costs, and immediately hired her to represent me. Notwithstanding the sometimes maddening non-responsiveness and ever-changing complexity of the CA-DMV bureaucracy, she nonetheless very capably navigated this system for me, including making timely appearances in court on my behalf (since I lived out-of-state). Considering the very unfavorable circumstances that were attendant to my personal case, it was nonetheless resolved as favorably as could be reasonably expected. More impressive however, was her timely response and follow-up with me 10-years after that resolution, when a serious problem arose for me in my state of residence as a result of misinformation-error on the CA-DMV record concerning my 10-year-old case. Because the misinformation was very obvious (to me, at least), I thought that I could work directly with the CA-DMV to correct it. Turns out unfortunately, that this notion was/is quite literally IMPOSSIBLE!! After (2) enormously frustrating months, dozens of phone calls, and many hours of wasted time, I was NO CLOSER whatsoever to solving the problem. I contacted Rachel and she immediately researched it, and then got to work. While she also encountered much resistance and non-responsiveness, she persevered and finally (2) months later got it resolved for me. She understandably required additional costs to assist me, but those charges were extremely reasonable, and well worth the results. I not only strongly recommend Rachel as a fine, moral, and very capable Attorney, but one who I believe can apply the combination of her tenacity, charmingly subtle nature, and creatively effective talents, very successfully in almost any situation.
