She earned her Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2017, where she pursued a concentration in Business and Technology Law. Prior to law school, she obtained dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Communications & Rhetorical Studies from Syracuse University in 2010. Her background in economics enhances her ability to analyze regulatory impacts on businesses, while her studies in communications sharpened her legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.

Priscilla is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
