Alan T. Briones Jr.

Alan got assigned to me due to a conflict in my case between me and two other people on the case. I consider myself lucky to have met him and worked with him on my case. Hes pretty much a miracle worker. When faced with the charges that put me in his office I got in another pretty bad situation that ...left me looking at facing a lot of time. Alan surprised me with his confidence and ability. He set it up after talking with the DA where I got an unsecured bond, which means I turned myself in and within two hours was back home with my family. The officers in the jail were shocked to see that I had an unsecured bond, telling me numerous times that they rarely come across them. When the magistrate read me my charges and what was going to happen he even told me that I needed to thank my lawyer because without him I would have been looking at a 20000 secured bond. I don't know how Alan did it but I am extremely thankful to have someone like him on my side. He is extremely educated, he knew exactly what he was talking about the whole time and never once was he wrong about something he told me. Everything he did he did with confidence. Thank You Alan.

He was hired several times by a family member and some how worked his magic. Now I'm trying to hire him as my lawyer and hope I'm lucky enough to get him. I know he's busy and I have bad luck, maybe I'll get lucky and he'll be able take my case. He was kind but truthful even if it hurt, he was honest... let you know upfront what he thinks your choices will be, knowledgeable about every concern and question we had.
