We worked with Mr. Keshavarzi less than a year ago for a problem we had with the termite inspection company who had inspected our house before closing the escrow. The termite company had failed to discover termite infested areas in the house. Therefore, we removed the contingency based on the inspe...ction report and closed the escrow. After our moving into the house and finding signs of termite activity, the termite company refused to take responsibility for their negligence and the damage they had caused to us. After we tried several times to negotiate with them without any success, we contacted Mr. Keshavarzi regarding the issue. We provided him with the necessary documents and based on the evidence, he prepared a settlement offer which finally caused the termite company to take responsibility and agree to pay for the repair and damages their negligence had caused.
