A compassionate lawyer

I am really thankful and grateful for Ms Regmi's outmost support and professionalism she showed during the time when I was overwhelmed with problems of my probationary green card. Given only limited time to prepare for filing for application to remove the conditions of my green card, Ms Regmi showed ...significant amount of time to work on my case. She did. not only treated me as just another "client" but showed me a lot of concern to assist me with my residency issues as well as my other legal issues which other lawyers would not take the initiative to do so. My green card was finally approved and I can live a peaceful life now, not worrying abouy my status. I really recommend Ms Regmi if you have visa issues. She gets things done with flying colors!!!! A lawyer who shows compassion towards her clients.

Excellent Immigration Lawyer

I was referred to Ms. Regmi by a friend. I live in North Carolina and I have actually NEVER met Ms. Regmi in person. However, I trust her and her work. She is everything you want in an attorney - she responds to emails and phone calls, she provides monthly case updates via email, she maintains ope...n communication lines and is truly doing this work because she clearly cares about people. Several years ago, she successfully obtained a green-card for me under exceptional ability, which many people said was very difficult to do. After that, I found it was so easy to work with her. She spoke Nepali and I appreciated her patiently explaining things to me and providing clear information about my case. I hired her again, despite having other attorneys in North Carolina, because I trust her work. She successfully worked with me to bring my family from Nepal. In the midst of my pending case, the horrible earthquake hit. Ms. Regmi worked tirelessly and endlessly to ensure my case moved and became a priority as I was very desperate to see them and have them join me. I recommend her whole-heartedly and would recommend her to anyone that needs an immigration attorney.

EXCELLENT LAWYER !

Ms. Pooja A. Regmi has struck me as a lawyer who stands out from the crowd. I cannot recommend anyone so highly as her for any immigration work. I speak from experience since we hired her mid-way, after having dealings with another attorney that was not performing to the same level. With that attor...ney, we were in the dark about the process and felt lost about the files. After Ms. Regmi was appointed as a new lawyer for my brother’s impending immigration application and green card work, the process got much smoother and effective communication was evident. Ms. Regmi made constant follow ups with USCIS on my mother’s and brother’s application statuses and informed us right away, whether it was via, email, phone or mail, as far as what she needed or USCIS or NVC needed from us to make the process as precise, effective, time efficient and accurate. In the midst of my family’s applications, we had a personal set-back. Ms. Regmi worked so diligently to make sure that my brother’s green card application and interview status and my mother’s present green card were not influenced negatively by the circumstances. She promptly helped my mother and brother by writing letters to the Congressmen requesting to expedite their impending application processes at the USCIS. By doing so, the applications moved much quickly than anticipated. In an additional example of how she went above and beyond her role, she contacted our travel agent when my mother's case was not resolved within a certain time-frame, and travels plans had to be postponed. Ms. Regmi wrote a compelling email and communicated the need for postponement to the travel agent! Ms. Regmi genuinely cares and sincerely wants the best for her client and their families. Her thorough legal knowledge combined with passion for helping others, professional and kind demeanor and empathic outlook towards others’ lives and circumstances surrounding the situation, makes her the most trusted lawyers I could ever recommend! I don’t know anyone that has been so responsive, thoughtful, honest and effective in communication as Ms. Regmi who diligently works so hard to make sure that all parties including the client, family, lawyer are ‘on the same page’ with the application processes, immigration services and expectations and so forth. Her dynamic and energetic and excellent interpersonal communicating abilities have positively influenced my family to trust her work and truly respect her for all she has done for us. Ms. Regmi is fair and respectful towards client’s ideas and concerns and her feedback is honest and constructive. Her rich personal and professional experiences and background in immigration work are true assets in helping individuals like me and our family in clarifying complex immigration concepts, application processes and so forth. Because of Ms. Regmi’s positive work ethic, tireless and constant hard work and follow up abilities and accurate application filing and feedback, my brother got his green card without any difficulties. Also, my mother’s application work was taken care of without any problems. The credit truly goes to Ms. Regmi! Thank you so much. Our best wishes to you. Sincerely, Pant Family.

Highly Recommend- Excellent attorney!

I would like to express my deep appreciation for Ms. Pooja Regmi for her support and professional advices during my green card filing process. Although, I was in Connecticut, and she was in Maryland, she was always there for me whenever I needed her. She made sure I understood all the details in gre...at depth and prepared me for all the possible scenarios. She is an incredibly dedicated and dependable attorney. She has thorough understanding of entire immigration process and is well informed in U.S. immigration policy. She always kept me informed if there were some latest laws that she thought would benefit me. She was very responsive and any concerns I raised were immediately answered and information I requested was promptly forwarded. She is an awesome person who is always willing to go an extra mile for her clients. She has a tremendous capacity in listening, analyzing the situation and coming up with solutions. Her supportive and understanding nature always put me at ease to express my concerns and get answers without being rushed. I would without a doubt strongly recommend Ms. Regmi to others. I truly believe Ms. Regmi is a lawyer that people would love to hire because she does not only have strong professional expertise but is also a kind-hearted person who makes clients feel special and take care of.

Saved me money and a lot of hassel

I called Ms. Regmi frantically on the phone. This was the first time I was talking to her about my case. I was trying to tell her that I received a notice from USCIS denying my application while I was still communicating with USCIS about other issues. Once the case is closed I could take it to court ...which would be expensive and has little chance of success. I had no options but to start all over again. She listened to me, calmed me down, and suggested couple of options. She also emailed me some useful links including the one to the Ombudsman office. I had never even heard of it. She very clearly laid out the steps for applying my case to the Ombudsman office. She was right! Only after a couple of days they got back to me and said that they re-opened my case. I was ecstatic. I now have my green card and its because of Ms. Regmi's help at that crucial point. I have already referred many of my friends and family to her. She says she is a lawyer but has heart of a social worker. As immigrants that is exactly what we need to go through this arduous process
