After choosing a home my husband and I wanted built, construction began, after months of asking "what will the house payment be, I need to know" and not getting a recognized Good Faith Estimate. Well, the house payment, after 5 months of 6 of construction estimated, was finally given to us and it was... so much more than we ever figured. Went to this attorney and he reviewed our Purchase and Sale Agreement; found wording that released us from the Agreement. Received our entire earnest money deposit back. Huge lesson learned with this experience, huge. Sorry to have to contact an attorney for resolution, but that is the only thing builder acknowledged.

We were pleased with the end result. There was some research on Mr. Navarro's part and he hung in there. He was easy to talk to and we felt that he personally wanted us taken care of. He came across as streight forward and honorable. We appreciated his work, although I feel if he had of known more in...formation at the start it would have gone faster but he did not charge us for all his research and he really dug in and found the right resources.
