Peter Lawrence Wolk

Two years ago, he was the court-appointed attorney for a mentally disabled loved one (the client) who has difficulty communicating and understanding under the best of circumstances. Our loved one (the client) pleaded guilty and Mr. Wolk worked successfully on a sentence that we all felt was fair. ...He was extremely professional and competent, made significant efforts to work with the client and kept us (the family) informed about hearings and activities. Mr. Wolk was always respectful, but direct and to the point at all times. Whenever we had to call him or contact his office, he or his office always responded quickly. And despite decades of hard criminal defense experience, he was never too cynical to empathize with us and his client. Not that we ever want to be in the CJ system again, but if we had to, would be happy to place our trust and confidence in working with Mr. Wolk once m more.
