Peter George Verhagen IV

Mr. Verhagen represents my daughter for her WC case. My daughter has a TBI and her case is extremely complicated. Dealing with the WC system makes it so that we have to fight for almost every treatment, med or medical device that she needs. Mr. Verhagen has been our lawyer for 4 years now and works d...iligently to get her everything she needs. Mr Verhagen has done depositions, memorandums of law, appeals and has represented my daughter at every court appearance she has had and everything he does he does very well. Mr. Verhagen responds to our e-mails, phone calls and helps with our requests on a very timely basis and understands how incredibly frustrating and disheartening this process is. He takes the time to listen and review each issue with us and if he is not 100% sure of the answer to a question he finds out the information we need. In court Mr. Verhagen is always prepared and very respectful of the Judges. When the opposing lawyer becomes abrasive, Mr. Verhagen always keeps his compsure and stays cool under pressure which has been a huge benefit for us while in Court. We were represented by another law firm prior to having the opportunity to work with Mr. Verhagen and all I can say is it used to be a nightmare but since having Mr. Verhagen on our side fighting for us has given our family peace of mind. We feel comfortable and confident with him and could only hope that other people in our situation could have as wonderful an experience with their lawyer as we have had.
