Peter Andrew Roth

Our first interaction with Peter, our neighbor, was when he sent us a letter threatening to sue our family. We spoke to him on the phone thereafter, where he was very agreeable, before he threatened to sue us again. Upon trying to resolve our issue in person where I felt he and I had substantive dia...logue, he was very rude to my neighbors and my wife. Finally, Mr. Roth said that anyone giving him a negative review online would result in them also being sued and he sent one of his emissaries to relay his threat in person. This was after he told me to, "F*** off." Mr. Roth is certainly very aggressive and driven, though his approach didn't always work for all (most) parties involved. While I find his drive admirable, most professionals I've spoken with have voiced a clear conflict of interest and lack of professionalism. I waited way too long to get my estate in order because I simply don't like lawyers. Most of them talk way over my head and talk too much as they get paid hourly. HOWEVER, Peter Roth was completely different. He spoke to me in easy to understand terms and I always felt comfortable asking questions.... He took the time to understand what was important to my family and made sure we created a plan to accomplish those desires. As a bonus, the cost to do this was incredibly reasonable and a lot less than I was expecting. If you are thinking about a Will/Trust/Estate Planning, you need to call Peter!
