Peter J. Prusinski

I dug a deep hole for myself with potential felonies, was facing a lot of jail time which would cause me to lose my career. I hired Peter Prusinski and we was able to drop significant charges down to just misdemeanors and got me off on just a small amount of probation and I was able to keep my caree...r. To my knowledge Peter knows everyone and every judge and how they think in the surrounding court houses, and probably more, and creates an effective strategy. Peter saved my life.

Never had anything besides traffic tickets. Was in michigan, ended up going to a store, paid tax, still in the sealed bag with a receipt, small personal amount. Was followed for over an hour of the drive back. Stop was a joke. I'm sure they thought I had pounds in the car. I was decent with them... though, I recognize the ones that stopped me were just doing what they were told. Ended up with just a forfeiture ticket, but one I didn't want. Concerned about future jobs, rental apps, I own guns, looking trashy to family, etc.... I found Peter Prusinski online, he had the best reviews of anyone in the area, probably the whole state honestly. I had admitted to it being mine at the stop, was hoping to get it tossed because of the stop but that wasn't going to happen. He ended up getting it amended to a forfeiture disorderly conduct rather than thc and I was happy he was able to do that. Never been in a situation like this and don't even know anyone to get that from here. Anyway, Peter and Beth in the office are awesome. Always texted updates, made sure you knew what was going on, reasonable rates, talk to you like a normal person. He has a good reputation for being good at what he does and that is very important if you are in a jam. He does serious criminal defense, theft, violent crime, etc... I'm sure my case was nothing to him and hardly worth his time. I'm so thankful that he took it, actually treated it seriously and like it was actually important to him. So happy to be done with this, I was freaking out big time. Anyway, if you're in a jam, make him your first call. I would like to leave him a review on google but don't do social media and have no google account but at least should be able to post this here.

I was charged with a DUI and I hired Mr. Prusinski to assist in defending me. He went over all possible scenarios and answered any and all questions I had. He made sure to provide realistic expectations. In the end the charged were dismissed and that was 100% in part of the great representation Mr.... Prusinski provided. I would highly recommend his services.
