I'm on probation and had a dirty UA is it illegal for my probation to tell people about it?

They should not tell people about it, are you sure the land lady didn't do a background check.
I was going 104 in a 65 in Raleigh North Carolina. I've had my license for under a year. This is also my first ticket.

If the person on probation did a change of address and has no items at that house than it does not seem plausible without more facts.
