This guy bailed on me while i was in jail. He didnt even know my case number, didnt know how long i was going to be in jail i tried reaching him and he wouldnt answer. Is this what you want. Also didnt take care of all my other cases when he said he would. Instead demanded more money. And peter to...ld me he couldnt represent me because i wasnt keeping in contact with me. Lier! I had to get another lawyer who was god sent.

I am 52 and self-employed. My business vehicle - a van - is my only vehicle so I'm extra paranoid whenever I'm driving. Last August, I was involved in the second traffic accident of my entire life - since my first accident at age 19. The investigating officer decided I was at fault and cited me f...or allegedly "failing to yield to oncoming traffic from a private drive." (A speeding motorcyclist lost control after passing a slow moving vehicle - he fell off his motorcycle and his body struck my vehicle.) Witnesses confirmed the cyclist's dangerous moves that led up to the accident. Nevertheless, he cited me anyway. Grrr... My insurer conducted their investigation and determined the accident is indeed one of shared liability. (The percentages don't matter, the operative word is "shared".) I searched around and posted online for an attorney to help me but none seemed interested in taking my case. A whole month went by, and I figured I'd be stuck dealing with it alone. Mr. Isso contacted me to see if I was still looking for help. After we met and he got all the facts in hand, he his team decided to take it on. For a very fair rate, he successfully challenged the citation; and convinced the court to reduce the 5-point charge to a 0-point charge (essentially a parking violation). It helps to have a long safe driving record. It also helped that the charge itself is difficult to prove. I am very impressed by Mr. Isso and his team's performance on my challenging case. They took it on even though it was connected to an accident. I will definitely hire him again in the future should the need arise. Yes, I still had to pay a fine to the court but it's worth it. If you're simply not guilty of the charge on your citation, stand your ground! It is some of the best money you'll ever spend -- I came away with no points on my record, and no traffic school either.
