Pedram Mansouri

I was so afraid I was going to loose my house and my child in my divorce. My husband is a very manipulative man who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. This vindictive man thought he should keep our house and have full custody of our daughter even though he never spent time with her. My att...orney, Pedram, made sure the judge learned the truth. Every RFO, Pedram laid out all the pertinent details that the judge needed to be aware of. My husband spewed lies after lies and his attorney accepted everything he said as gospel. Well, the judge saw through his lies because Mr. Pedram made sure he had the truth presented in court. I am pleased to say that my daughter and I are still in our family home and my husband is renting an apartment with visitation rights. Yes!

I had consulted with a few lawyers before I met with Mr. Mansouri. Once the other attorney's saw that my divorce was going to be contentious with a ton of assets at stake, I could tell my well-being was not a priority. Not so with this attorney. I am sure he was not unhappy that this could be a lu...crative case for his firm, he never made it known nor did he ever put it above my well-being. Pedram is a very very good attorney and and even better man. If you are so unfortunate to be in my situation (i.e. going through a divorce), you cannot go wrong with Pedram.

What can I say? This man saved my life. My boy is the most important thing in my life. I made sure Pedram knew that custody was the most important issue in my divorce. My wife constantly made up lies that I was abusive to our son. Nothing could be further from the truth. Pedram suggested we mee...t with an expert in custody issues. We met with the therapist and she saw what kind of father I was to my boy. Needless to say, Pedram got me primary custody with my wife receiving visitation. I never felt like Pedram billed me for unnecessary or even made up work. (My friend warned me that some divorce attorney's do just that.) Anyways, my son and I just moved into a new apartment and everything is going great. Divorce is very hard but it is not the end of all joy.

When I first met Attorney Mansouri for a consultation he immediately impressed me. First, he told me he understood the stress and pain I was feeling which I appreciated very much. Then after listening to me basically tell my life story, he discussed with me all options that I had at my disposal. H...e explained all the case laws that would come up in my divorce and gave me great advice as to what I should do in the short term. Pedram, throughout my case, was always straight with me and eventually solved all my issues amicably with my wife. This is place to go for a solid attorney.

Pedram is one of the most unethical and disrespectful attorneys that I came across: He overcharged me and threw a huge bill after only couple of months. When I complained, he snapped and started to bully me and lie about our agreement. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. He will lie, che...at, manipulate and intimidate you in the most difficult time in your life. He's not your advocate and will work only to his own pocket.
