Ngoben civil rights client

He lied about everything. Told me that he had my cases "under control" when in fact he abandoned one and never even filed an appearance in the other. He then disappeared. After his ex-wife told me where to find him, he acted as if everything were going hunky-dory. He filed appeals. He specficall...y told me that he had filed the necessary brief, but the 2nd Circuit actually dismissed the cases because he had done nothing at all. I hired other attorneys, but only saved one case.
