No help whatsoever made worse.

Pricing: $5,000 paid upfront; writes one letter, the night before ("I popped a beer", Paul said.), no legal code sited. Compare that to a $35 letter, written promptly, citing codes & a clear request, by the former Commissioner Dean Christoffel. Sadly, the other party and atty didn't respo...nd until the last business day, Friday for a Monday court date; a weekend of harassing calls & dissuasion to testify. How Paul Banales is involved, as a former Superior Courthouse judge (failure to list injunction violations & civil torts ... dereliction of duty) is that he spoke to the other party's attorney (breach of confidence); failed to communicate monthly progress or to provide a monthly statement to account for time. Time & effort not towards explicit request by Tucson police & my family by deviating from original scope of contract. It took 3 yrs to get a post-cobbled statement in order to keep entire $5,000. Paul stated that he "is a 'big gun', that he could even get my car back, that he wasn't interested in crimes & civil torts by the other party & courthouse documents frauds [class 6 felony... courthouse taken to another courthouse; also stolen documents, altered documents, whited-out case#s, and no notice of service, no request for a hearing, & an attempt to claim the recovered car in another courthouse; my address changed (non existent address), while not updating his address (per law, case filed, and per USCIS requirement)]. This lawyer lost me legal time. For 10 yrs of bus, bus, walk, walk without a car in the desert damaged my feet, spine per (PCP MD). Struggling day-to-day to survive, I couldn't return to my career in Opthalmology. I cite greed & dereliction of duty, failure to act on my behalf as a criminal defense atty and former Superior Courthouse judge. The ongoing crimes by the other party and his atty continue today, with new crimes. They and Paul Banales are in the FBI IC3 report/case investigation. Pima Cty Atty office also said to report their courthouse frauds, waste & abuse to an arresting agency, as has USCIS Tucson & Phoenix, and Social Security Admin for stolen statements and IRS tax filing fraud. Paul Banales is worse than no help at all. Former partner, Palmissano Law, Joe Palmissano laughed at Paul, as Palmissano Law read the file & distanced the firm from Paul Banales.
