Patrick Curnalia is a Colorado Attorney and founding member of Curnalia Law, LLC. Mr. Curnalia earned his B.S. degree in Sociology/Business Administration and Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University. After moving to Colorado, Mr. Curnalia earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver. Before forming Curnalia Law, LLC, Mr. Curnalia worked with several Denver-area law firms, specializing in estate, tax and business planning.
Mr. Curnalia has worked with a range of individual and business clients on a variety of issues including estate plans for individuals with net worth in excess of 40 million dollars, succession planning for closely-held national companies and development of company-sponsored health care plans to comply with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
In addition to the practice of law, Mr. Curnalia is a professor for the College for Financial Planning where he teaches graduate level courses in the areas of taxation and estate planning. When not working, Mr. Curnalia enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, playing soccer and volunteering as a member of the Parker Sunrise Lions Club.
