I've known Tom for 35++ yrs and I've used Tom on numerous occasions for many different situations. He's not your typical "one trick pony" as many attorneys are now a days. He's knowledgeable in many areas, and I've always trusted him with my business. Years ago I fell 3 stories from a building with ...a 200 lb piece of wood attached to me, which put me in the hospital for over 3 months and resulted in 33 procedures to repair my broken body. I totally destroyed my lower extremities, broken right forearm, wrist, hand, etc.... Tom knew I was in for a long long rehab and jumped right in and handled my early concerns, and that one main thing was to make sure my family would have checks coming into my household while I was laid up. Tom handled that situation quickly to ease our early financial concerns, knowing the bills were going to be paid was something we werent going to have to be concerned with. 5 yrs. later, many surgeries & rehabs, etc.... later. I didn't want to be on this Workmans Comp for the rest of my life, I wanted to go back out into the workforce, into a much safer job off course, sales was what I had in mind. Tom tackled the most difficult Workers Comp. people out there, SWIF, better known as State Workmans Insurance Fund. This insurance company did not offer large settlements, and everybody whoever dealt with them knew that. Long story short Tom matched their highest payout they ever made to any individual. I'm not the easiest person to deal with, I know that, but Tom always stayed cool and collected with me, he has this way about him, that makes him as good of an attorney he is. Tough to explain, but I can tell you, anytime I walked into a courtroom with Tom, you just felt confident things would turn out well, and 99% of the time it did, as for the other 1%, well that was probably my fault. My wife and I have only recommended one attorney to our family and friends, and that's Tom Bass. He's a proven and trusted friend who has represented many many of our family and friends, who in turn have also recommended Tom also. That's what happens, when there's a trusted attorney in your corner, the results he gets his clients, leaves an everlasting impression on people, and they don't think twice who to refer their family and friends to when they need an attorney.
