Only conversation I had with him about the case was during his sales pitch. Once he got my business he had a young guy in his office handle the suit. The kid was remarkably sloppy with details. I had to personally re-write the complaint against the defendants because his version had all the facts ...wrong and would have confused any judge. So I paid $260 an hour so that I could re-do the work myself... Then the kid just quit which I didn't learn until months later. So a new girl took over who was equally 'out to lunch'. The only detail-oriented staff member is their billing administrator. Meticulous line items and every month the bill is on time. In the end I paid through the nose in fees and got a $0 settlement. If you're a sucker like me you'll hire a lawyer based on a single recommendation. If you're smart, you'll do some homework to find an attorney who will represent you well and show a little integrity. Most people can't afford to lose what I did here. Valuable lesson I hope others can learn from too...
