Erin Marie Coyne

Ms. Coyne has over 20 years of state and local tax experience. Her diverse experience was gained through her positions at the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue as a sales tax auditor, an associate at a large international law firm, a transaction tax manager for a large cable/communications company, and most recently as a senior manager for a Big 4 Accounting firm. Ms. Coyne was also a Judicial Clerk for Justice J. Michael Eakin in both the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In her practice, Ms. Coyne has spent considerable time helping companies keep pace with the ever changing state and local tax landscape. Specifically, she has focused on all aspects of indirect tax planning, consulting and compliance. She has assisted clients in the review of their sales and use tax spend through refund analysis projects and appeals. She has also provided audit management and defense services, due diligence reviews, technical research and legal ruling requests. Ms. Coyne also focuses her practice in Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration.
