Alexandria Michelle Baland

Ms Baland was an invaluable asset to our family as we tried to complete an annual review with our county Social Services office regarding our son's Medicaid & DDD eligibility, which we had already been granted by a judge at a hearing in NJ. The case manager we were assigned was new, and had us k6mpin...g through hoops sending and completing forms we did not need, and eventually sending us to his supervisor many times. We were denied, and they would not accept or return our calls. Ms Baland worked as though it was her own family, would not take no for an answer, and schooled the employees of the law, finally obtaining the benefits to which we had always been entitled. Our stress levels were exhausted when we went to her, and she took care of everything. We will always remember her strong work ethic, depth of compassion, and most importantly knowledge of the disability laws. She is an outstanding professional.
