My wife and I were dealing directly with P Robert Thompson for our 'E' visas. What we experienced was incompetence, obfuscation, zero attention to detail and frankly dangerous misinformation. One such glaring mistake, in addition to others, was that he insisted that premium processing was available f...or our visa. It is not. And had we have gone down this path, we would have over-stayed our visa, and put our entire business life in jeopardy in this country. Luckily, we knew enough about our visa application process (because we've successfully applied for our own visas without a lawyer twice before) to realize his mistakes, so we terminated the relationship before he could submit our application. It ended up costing us way more money (high-cost of last-minute airfares, etc) so we did not walk away from this exchange unscathed. My advice to any company or individual, WALK AWAY. Thankfully, there are so many great immigration lawyers out there to choose from
