Jeff Kucirek

Jeff is an Oregon licensed attorney who specializes in helping small and emerging businesses. Prior to his legal career, Jeff obtained a B.S. in engineering physics at the University of Tulsa and obtained his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. While in law school, Jeff served as treasurer for three different student groups simultaneously, and served as president of his law school’s Intellectual Property Student Organization (IPSO). While still in law school, Jeff had the pleasure of helping clients with a variety of intellectual property and business related matters as an intern with Lewis and Clark Law School’s Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC). Jeff gained additional legal experience as an intern under the general counsel for Giftango LLC where he worked with legal issues ranging from non-disclosure and non-compete agreements to legislative changes to discovery in support of litigation. Concurrent with his time at the SBLC and Giftango LLC, Jeff clerked for RCO Legal P.C., splitting his time between legal research and drafting motions and pleadings.
