This is too tricky/dangerous to do without a lawyer ... it can have significant impact on your L-2 also.

There is no DREAM Act ... only Deferred Action.

Talk to a lawyer. From what you state, I see very little chance of getting a B-1/B-2 ... you do not appear to have the required non-immigrant intent.
