Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I needed to form an llc and a c-corp, as well as qualify for TTS status and form operational bylaws for both, and he never even asked my name. He answered the door to his tiny office wearing shorts and a t-shirt, looked me up and down and decided that I wasn't go...od enough to do business with. His only response to asking if this was Ratcliffe law was "yeah" and the same when I asked if he was a tax attorney. I guess he didn't like the way I looked in spite of the fact the I was at least wearing pants (unlike him). There are no circumstances under which I would stoop to this level, or ever do business with him or his "office".
