Biography
John McCaleb graduated from the University of Oklahoma Law School in 1976. While attending law school he was an editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. He graduated Order of the Coif. For over 40 years, he has specialized in representing businesses and insurance carriers before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court and Commission. He also represents businesses in retaliatory discharge claims pending before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission. In 2017 he was selected by the Journal Record as the outstanding workers’ compensation defense attorney in the State of Oklahoma.
