Mr. Ward was to have prepared (3) Motions, limited appearance, Motion for Continuance and Motion for Discovery in a Divorce case. In preparation of the motions, he claimed to have reviewed a case. Upon researching the stated case, it was discovered the case involved a sitting DA and the prior DA an...d had nothing to do with family court law. He also sited reviewing a specific statute for review. Upon review of the statute, it explained how to file a document in a Court of Law in Oklahoma. (Something an L1 learns in Law school).
