Antonio earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Minor in African American Studies from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas. He began his legal journey in 2013, attending Oklahoma City University School of Law and becoming a member of the School's 2016 Graduating Class. Upon passing the Bar Exam in 2017, Antonio effectively transitioned from a second-year Law Clerk to a first-year attorney. While still in private practice, he gained experience in a multitude of civil practice areas including Immigration Law, Family Law, Contracts Law, Employment Law, and many other areas of civil practice.
In 2018, Antonio was appointed as the Deputy General Counsel for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes; this not only expanded his experience from private practice but offered him the opportunity to be the Lead Attorney on all civil matters related to Property Law, Complex Civil Litigation, Administrative Law, and matters of tribal sovereignty. This role not only assisted in developing effective representation in the courtroom but also in strategic planning and advising in a multitude of economic development and business development projects. In 2021, Antonio was appointed as the Deputy Attorney General for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, further expanding his expertise into Criminal Law, Law Enforcement, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment, Corrections, Criminology, and Crime Analysis, in addition to the typical duties of a prosecutor.
Antonio is a proud member of the Fall 2003 Alpha Mu Pledge Class of the Zeta Beta Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. As a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Antonio incorporates the ideals of 'Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service' into his law practice and continues to promote the principles of 'Culture for Service, Service for Humanity' in each journey through litigation.
