I assist small business owners from the initial formation of their entity through their growth, with an expertise in employment law and practices. I have represented small business employers in state and federal court and before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission ("OCRC"), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ("EEOC"), the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("BWC"), the Industrial Commission, and the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services ("ODJFS"). I have experience representing small business employers through employment practice liability insurance carriers and independently.
