Biography
I am an international and Ukrainian law practitioner, arbitrator and mediator, with over ten years of legal experience in banking, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and dispute resolution matters. My law office is located in the City of Lviv, Ukraine.
I help banks and financial institutions in lending transactions with Ukrainian corporate clients; foreign and Ukrainian investors in acquisitions or disposals of existing businesses; investment funds, developers and wealthy individuals in real estate transactions in Ukraine. I also represent clients in domestic (Ukrainian) commercial litigation and in international arbitration, and, occasionally, I serve as an arbitrator or mediator.
I am qualified to practice law in Ukraine since 1997. I passed the bar and I am admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York since 2004.
