I have a hearing in 2 wks. for a dui /accident charge. I hit power pole. Will prior felony dui 12 yrs. prior count against me?

There are many factors the Court will consider such as your criminal history and whether you were involved in an accident.

i agree with Attorney Thomas Briody. You may have trouble when you return to the US. I suggest you hire an attorney to advocate on your behalf....

I went on someones bail they have showed up in court 3 times for this charged if they skip a court date am I responsible

I suggest that you ask your lawyer to make an application for the Order to be modified so you will not be in violation.

If they have evidence linking him to the theft, they can report it to the authorities and he can be charged with a crime.

i suggest that you obtain a lawyer to address the warrant. Depending on your income, you may be eligible for a Public Defender. Good luck!
