Biography
My practice focuses primarily on civil rights, personal injury, criminal defense, automobile accidents, slip and fall, general litigation and appellate litigation. I have spent the last ten years in private practice. Prior to that, I worked for the New York State Attorney General's Office where I defended the State in various lawsuits, including general negligence, medical malpractice, municipal law and automobile accidents. I joined the Bronx County District Attorney's Office after law school handling a number of misdemeanor, felony and appellate matters. I am admitted to state practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as all four New York Federal District Courts and the Second Circuit, Court of Appeals. I graduated, with honors, from Pace Law School in 2004 and received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 2001.
